Volunteer Opportunities with YACHIEVERS

Collegiate Achievers

College students interested in mentoring youth and young adults are encouraged to join our program as a Collegiate Achiever! Participation as a Collegiate Achievers is two-fold; work directly with students as a Youth & Tourist program leader, or support direct work through our Career Clusters and other activities, while receiving opportunities for mentorship as desired for your own personal and professional journey, on topics of relevance to you. A commitment of at least one program year, October-June long, twice/month commitment is requested for all participants.

Adult Achievers

Professionals and retired individuals who have a vested interest in advancing the academic and personal standards of young people in the Philadelphia area are highly encouraged to join our program as an Adult Achiever! Adult Achievers serve our program in a number of capacities, including through our Career Clusters, Teen & Future Leader level project work encompassing a wide variety of professional areas, or as Personal Development Workshop Leader. For those interested in younger groups, Youth & Tourist program leadership opportunities are also available; additionally, opportunities are also available to work with Achievers special projects, including field trips and/or tutoring programs.
