Every job in the YMCA is important to fulfilling our mission:
To translate the principles of the YMCA’s Christian heritage into programs that nurture children, strengthen families, build strong communities and develop healthy spirits, minds and bodies for all.
The YMCA is an organization that incorporates the values of caring, honesty, respect and responsibility into everything we do.
Y’s offer organized activities called programs. Our major program areas include: Aquatics, Child Care, Youth Development, Health and Wellness, Sports & Recreation, Community Development, and Family.
We are always looking for talented, creative people who want to make a difference in the lives of people in their community. YMCA work will allow you to put your imagination and creativity to work in an environment built on teamwork and positive values.
The YMCA of Philadelphia & Vicinity is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
