President & CEO

Responsible for the overall delivery of YMCA services to the public within the parameters established by the Board of Directors. Is also the link between volunteer based Board of Directors, the staff, members and the community.

Serves as Executive Director at the Columbia North branch. Responsible for branch operations and supervises the Executive Director at the Christian Street and Main Line branches. Also oversees operation of the Community Development and Child Care Services Network.

Terri Wellman

Group Vice President

Responsible for branch operations and supervises the Executive Director at the Roxborough and West Philadelphia branches as well as the Education & Technology Center.  Serves as Executive Director at

Vice President of Finance

Oversees the day to day operations of Association-wide Financial and Risk Management Operations.

Lisa Welsch

Vice President of Financial Development

Michael Troupe

Vice President of Facilities

Oversees facility operations at all Association branches. Manages major construction projects.

Carol-Ann Merritt

Vice President of Human Resources

Oversees Human Resources at all Association branches.

Omoiye Kinney

Vice President of Communications & Public Relations

Develops, directs and manages a comprehensive Communications, Marketing and Public Relations plan for the Association. Manages internal communication and media relations strategies.

Shannon Connolly

Director of Development

Directs Association fundraising programs with focused responsibillites for government, foundation and corporate relations. Manages special events and is the United Way liaison.

Mary Minnich

Director of IT

Manages and maintains the Association's hardware components and and software systems. Provides IT support and training to the branch staff and volunteers.

Vicki Childs

Executive Assistant

Provides administrative support to the President and CEO.
